$150 for 50 minute individual therapy
$40 for group therapy

The following insurances are currently accepted.
Note that not all providers participate in all insurance plans

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield Out of State
• Cigna (out of network only)
• CCBHO (Allegheny County only) (Only Accepted by certain providers)
• Highmark BlueCross and BlueShield Plans
• Medicare (Only Accepted by certain providers)- No dual Medicare/Medicaid
• UPMC PPO and HMO Plans
• UPMC for You – CCBHO – (Allegheny County only) (Only Accepted by certain providers)
• UPMC for Kids (Only accepted by certain providers)

Participation in insurance plans is subject to change. Please check with your insurance for your details of coverage.

Your insurance benefit is verified as a courtesy and is not a guarantee of payment. Your insurance company will have final determination for dates of service.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
